I will be honest, I have t done the math, but I have been more intentional about what I am doing with my time and it has made a big difference. I’m committing to keeping that up! I have also noticed that my mood has improved and I’m better able to manage my time and be productive when I can maintain a positive frame of mind rather than getting frazzled and overwhelmed, so boosting positivity can help!

I love wordle. But one of the biggest reasons I love it is that you can’t keep playing it. It’s as if it has a built in parental control. I wish all games were like that!

Ha. I have not even tried that one yet but I have heard s lot about it. Maybe that one can be allowed and time-boxed since it must have SOME positive brain benefits to keep dementia at bay. Timeboxing is allowing a fixed amount of time to an activity.

i kept detailed notes of what i did 2 mornings, but then forgot about the whole thing. It looks as though i spend time juggling many balls in 10 to 30 minute increments. Trying to be diligent with to do lists. Definitely need to focus. LOVE Wordle.

Two days is real progress! That is a key insight that you do things in 10 to 30 minute increments. It helps to organize your time. Schedule something you want to do right into your calendar and then allow 10 minutes to just take a break and play a round of wordle.
