We are never too old to learn new skills
If there’s one thing that’s certain in life, it’s that life is filled with challenges and frustration. As I am sure you well know. Sometimes we cope well and sometimes we don’t. Coping skills help us stay solution-oriented rather than focus on blame. It shifts us into being problem solvers rather than victims. Being able to thrive despite adversity is a hallmark of resilience. The good news is that learning to cope with difficult circumstances is a teachable skill. Even if we believe we may be well beyond being “taught,” we can all learn new tricks.
We have been sharing our current project The Positivity Toolbox, the positivity program we tailored to parents and educators, we want to emphasize that this can be used by anyone who wants to thrive in life and in work.
