This is Liana. I believe work and life is all personal. We have all heard the phrase “Don’t take it personally.” That’s a good one! When the lady at the check-out counter is rude to you, it’s her issue. That isn’t about you. But… when it comes to finding your thrive in life and in work… It is all personal.

Yup. Don't let anyone tell you differently. Work, relationships, parenting, goal setting, business, career growth. It's personal. Too often we gloss over the importance of our inner voice, our mindset, our strengths, and how self-knowledge can really help us thrive in these personal and professional aspects of life. And I am particularly interested in talking about Self Sabotage. Apparently, I mention that phrase a lot these days to one of my teenage sons. It keeps slipping out! Well. Sorry, not sorry, because I believe it. I have lived it. Self-sabotage. Evil!
